Hello, I´m Ines Calvo and this is my first post of these grade. On the first term we talk about first aid, and I choose this video for the reason that I think is very complete, because explain the theoretical and the practical part of the theme. In specifically I choose the bleedings because is the part that I must do in my work of this term. The video first explains the definition of bleeding, and later classificate the different types. But the most interesting part start in the minute 2:46; that explain how to act when you or someone have a bleeding external or internal, I think that learn this type of things is very important, because you never know when you have to use them. Hi Ines, I am Laura and I think you have done very well to take this video, I think bleeding and having injuries is very frequent. You say that the most important part is from the minute 2:46, that is how to act, but in my opinion the first part is very interesting, since I at least did not know that the bleeding is classified, had so many types and could be caused by so many things. Although it is true that how to stop the bleeding and all those things are very important and the truth is that the video explains them very well. Bye, bye.
Hi! I'm Enrique and I'm going to comment this video of Ines, I choose it because I think is important to know how to act in this cases. You can have different types of hemorrhage: TYPE 1. Arterial: Red blood and shine, goes with pulse. 2. Venous: Dark blood and continuous flow. 3. Cappilary: Low blood flow ORIGIN 1. Internal 2. External They can be spontaneus, bad coagulation, toxicity, injury (internal or external).
How to act with a external hemmorrhage: 1. You must to compress the injury and never retire the sanitary napkin, if it is cover of blood, put another above. 2. You can also compress the arteria to stop the flow and elevate the injury.
How to act with an internal hemmorrahge: 1. Lay down the victim and make sure he/she can breath and is confortable, then you have to call 112.
