I chose this video mainly because it contains information of each case of first aids. It is only three minutes long so that everybody can see it and learn in a few time the essential information that could save a life. I knew few things about first aids and this video helped me getting a general idea about how to act. It explains with visual examples different cases as if the person is not breathing, unconscious, choking, burned, bleeding, pain in a part of the body… It also explains the content of a first-aid kit and how to use it. In conclusion, it is a really helpful and useful video.
