  1. I am Pablo Estébanez Herrero, a student of 1st grade, and in the publication of the blog of Physical Education of this evaluation of games and sports, I have decided to put this video showing how you can warm up by doing different games by teams.
The first game is about the teacher naming a student, who must reach one of the goals of a football field without any of his teammates touch him. It is a very useful game to improve responsiveness and attention.
In the second game, children are arranged in a row and assigned numbers. Afterwards, the teacher will begin to say the numbers and the children with those numbers should go around the whole row. This game is fine for them to compete with each other and improve their attention, especially when numbers are said faster. In addition you can introduce more variants, as seen in the video, be seated, lying down, leaving behind, etc.
The last game is about joining hands and the children must pass between the members of their group, doing zig-zag, until arriving from a goal to another of futsal room. This game comes well to warm joints and speed of movement.
