  1. Title "How to Perform the Course Navette Test - In this video, the presenter explains how to conduct the Course Navette test, also known as the beep test or shuttle run. The test, designed to determine an individual's oxygen consumption capacity, is applicable to various sports. Created in 1988 and sometimes called the Agra test, it involves running between two points 20 meters apart, guided by audio signals starting at 8 km/h and increasing by 0.5 km/h per minute. Reaching level 7.5 is considered acceptable. The Course Navette test is seen as more practical than the Cooper test, providing a more accurate measure of oxygen consumption capacity. The video includes a demonstration of the test, and the audio is available for download.

  2. Ohh, that's an amazing video!!!. These video explain how to do the Course Navette to have a better mark or to improve your physical activity. The first step that you have to do was run slowly to the first mark. After these you have to pass one foot and go back to the other mark. The speed increase between the distance of 20 metters and you have to do your best to have the best mark. I do these test in my school and I learnt that is important to relax the muscles after you do the test, because if you don't do this, yo will injure in the end of the test. I think that is a good video for all the persons who likes this activity, best regards.

  3. This video could be useful to understand the test structure, but in my opinion the last six minutes dont give you essential information, I prefer another video which I've seen before that give more important tips, the one which helped me the most talked about the bounce, you have to recicle the energy of the brake to accelerate again. A good breathing is necessary to last as much as you can. A small help but not very legal is to be a little before the time, this way you can rebound and is easier to make a gap in the firsts periods than in last ones.
