Hi, this is Tianlan, I chosed this video because it is really helpfull to training your arms and to build a good relationship with your body without any prodessional equiment (you can use bottles of water/cans of milk...)and it doesn't require a lot of space either, also the music in this video is great.I have been practicing with it. As there is no rest time in 10 mins, it may be tiring but make sure dont put your arms down until the end:) hope you guys like it.
