The ONLY 3 Stretches You Need for Better Flexibility

  1. Hello. My name is Mateo, and I have chosen this video because flexibility is not my strongest point. In the video, we can see three stretches to improve flexibility, but at our age, we can only maintain it, not increase it. The first one consists of making the bridge but creating a straight line with the trunk and legs. Then, you can flex one knee to stretch your quadriceps. It should take 20 to 30 seconds. Another one consists on making a squat position, during a short period. The last one is for the back. In conclusion I think that stretching is very important to develop lots of daily activities.
